  • 1. Make sure to come prepared with a clear idea of what you want. The architect will need as much information as possible in order to give you an accurate estimate. 2. Be prepared to discuss your budget and what you are willing to spend. 3. Make sure to have dimensions of the space or spaces you would like to remodel or build. 4. If you are not sure about what you want, take some time to browse magazines or websites for inspiration. 5. Do your research and ask around for referrals if you don't already have an architect in mind.

    1. What is your vision for the project? 2. How much can you afford to spend? 3. What are your must-haves? 4. Do you have any existing architecture or design ideas you like? 5. Are there any specific sites or neighborhoods you're interested in? 6. How large do you want the project to be (square footage)? 7. Do you have any restrictions on style (traditional, modern, etc)? 8. What kind of vibe/atmosphere do you want the project to create (casual, formal, eclectic, etc)? 9. Will the project be used for personal use or for business purposes? 10. Are there
