  • It is cheaper to pave a driveway using concrete. Concrete is less expensive than asphalt, and it lasts longer.

It is cheaper to pave a driveway. Paving a driveway is the process of laying a layer of asphalt or concrete over an existing surface, such as a concrete slab or gravel. This usually costs less than removing the old surface and replacing it with fresh material. Concrete is more expensive to install than asphalt because it requires specialized equipment and skills. However, once installed, concrete tends to last longer than asphalt.
