  • It is very efficient. Geothermal heating and cooling can save homeowners up to 50% on their energy bills. Geothermal systems use the earth's natural thermal energy to heat and cool buildings. The ground below the earth's surface remains at a relatively consistent temperature all year round, so by using a geothermal system, you can tap into that thermal energy to heat and cool your home. And because geothermal systems use less power than traditional heating and cooling systems, they can save you a lot of money on your energy bills.

Geothermal heating and cooling is a very efficient form of heating and cooling. A geothermal heat pump can be three to four times more efficient than traditional heating and cooling systems. This is because the ground (or water) beneath our feet remains at a relatively consistent temperature year-round. So by using a geothermal heat pump, we can take advantage of this constant temperature to either heat or cool our homes. And since geothermal heating and cooling doesn't rely on fossil fuels, it's a much more environmentally friendly option.
