You can either use a landscape curbing machine or do it by hand.If you're using a landscape curbing machine, first pour some concrete in the area where you want to install the curb. Then, place the machine over the concrete and press down on the foot pedal to begin extruding the curb. Finally, use a trowel or spade to smooth out the top of the curb.If you're doing it by hand, first mix up some concrete according to the instructions on the package. Then, using a shovel or hoe, spread some of the concrete in an area slightly larger than where you want the curb to be installed.

Most landscape curbing is made of polyvinyl chloride, or PVC. When installing PVC landscape curbing, the first step is to mark the area where you will be placing the curbing. Once the area has been marked, you can begin to place the forms that will hold the concrete in place. Then, a layer of sand should be applied to the forms and tamp it down. Next, add a layer of cement and then lay the PVC piping on top. Make sure that all of the piping is secure and then use a trowel to smooth out the surface. Finally, wait for the concrete to dry before removing the forms.
