  • It depends on the vanity. If it is a pre-made, "off-the-rack" vanity, it will be much easier to install yourself. If it is a custom vanity, you may need to hire a professional installer. To install a bathroom vanity, you will first need to remove the old one. This may require disconnecting the water supply and sewage lines, and removing the cabinet and countertop. Next, you will need to measure the space for the new vanity and cut any necessary holes in the wall or floor. The Vanity should then be placed into position and attached to the wall or floor with screws or nails. Finally, reconnect the water supply and sewage lines, reinstall the cabinet and counter.

Installing a bathroom vanity can be a daunting task, but with a few simple steps, you can do it yourself. Here's how:1. Measure the width and height of the space where you plan to install the vanity. Make sure to allow at least 12 inches of clearance on each side and between the top of the vanity and the ceiling.2. Decide what type of vanity you want to install. A traditional cabinet-style vanity requires framing in the wall and installation of plumbing and electrical lines. A freestanding vanity can be placed anywhere in the room without any modifications to your plumbing or electrical system.3. Buy your vanity according to your measurements. Be sure to include enough space.
